End-User License Agreement

Effective date: July 12, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the QuickBooks Online integration application ("the App") operated by Hobby Garage LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Winter Haven, Florida.

1. License
We grant the authorized user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for the internal business operations of Hobby Garage LLC. The App is a private tool and is not distributed, sold, or made available to the general public.

2. Permitted Use
The App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's API to support internal accounting, purchasing, and inventory management. Use of the App must comply with all applicable Intuit terms and applicable law.

3. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the App to access data belonging to any party other than Hobby Garage LLC.

4. Intuit
The App is an independent integration and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Data accessed through Intuit's API is subject to Intuit's own terms and privacy policy.

5. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hobby Garage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if the App's connection to QuickBooks Online is revoked or if these terms are violated.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
