This Privacy Policy describes how the QuickBooks Online integration application ("the App"), operated by Hobby Garage LLC ("we," "us," or "our") of Winter Haven, Florida, handles data. The App is a private tool used solely for the internal business operations of Hobby Garage LLC.

1. Information We Access
Through Intuit's QuickBooks Online API, the App accesses business accounting data belonging to Hobby Garage LLC, including vendor records, bills and payables, item and inventory data, and related company financial information. The App also stores OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the connection to QuickBooks Online.

2. How We Use Information
Accessed data is used exclusively to support internal accounting, purchasing, and inventory workflows. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating Hobby Garage LLC.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share accessed data with third parties. Data is exchanged only between the App and Intuit's QuickBooks Online service as required to provide the integration.
